Trares Restaurant & Bar in Frankfurt

Terrace very nice. Service totally overwhelmed. Food nothing special. Was hoping for feedback on an email to the restaurant, but did not come. Too expensive for what they offer.

Great kitchen and really nice team. The 6-course menu is imaginative, new, creative, so delicious and you don't have to be afraid it would be too much. Everything is wonderfully coordinated. Good job. We are convinced and would like to come back 👍

Just my personal opinion but Trares is absolutely overpriced. Very small portions. Waiter was friendly but had little knowledge about the wines and dishes. I'll not come back.

Super nice service, great wine knowledge and good long drinks. The schnitzel and the tagliata were awesome and we'd love to come back. Also worth mentioning is Haus Bailey ... very, very tasty! Thank you for your hospitality!

Quality has its price! The boss is very friendly. The products are bought regionally, the dishes are changing, everything is prepared with love. Creative with a lot of love for details! When something is not what you want or the waitress is not too quick because she may be new or having a bad day! Cristopher Crell, the boss, always has an open ear for your concerns and always tries to make everything right! Just talk to Crelli! Crelli is a lovable person who always tries to respond to your wishes!

We spent a very nice evening at TRARES. Service, drinks, food, ambience - everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable. We would love to come back :)

Everything is just fantastic here. You don't really have to say more. Particularly noteworthy is the creativity of the bar-keeper, who, with his “after eight” cocktail at the latest, had our absolute enthusiasm for his work. Absolute recommendation - wine, food, service, advice - everything was great! P.S .: There are five with extra stars if you also have gluten-free bread with the dishes or with oil and salt for the starter 🤗

Brilliant tagliata, delicious truffle / parmesan fries, very good wine selection in a glass. It was a pleasure!

Very good service, bistro style decoration, very good value food, good wine list both on the menu and by the glass. Totally recommended. You should definitely try the short rib and the tuna tartare.

Finally had the chance to visit Trares and we were not disappointed! Friendly service, nice atmosphere, fantastic cocktails (especially for a restaurant) and simply very high quality food. Even the portion sizes are fair. Will be back!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The correctness of the employees are truly impressive. The food was not the only thing that makes big eyes in this restaurant! Of course, I like to try out new places and am looking for new places around the clock, but I'll stay loyal to this inn. My husband and I find the restaurant suitable for all occasions - regardless of whether with a friend, acquaintance or clan; ).

What a nice evening! Very quickly get a seat at the counter and despite later offered space (thanks again for that) as well. Very good food, nice open wines and great service! We're happy to come back.

Our favorite restaurant in Frankfurt. Personally, I find it in Frankfurt sometimes difficult to find a restaurant with very good food and not too stiff staff. Here, we always feel welcome and valued as guests, there is no difference between "walk-in customers" and regulars, as I have unfortunately experienced too often. The drinks and food are superb and the prices reasonable. I can only recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy great food in a relaxed atmosphere.

First, the good news. The service staff are friendly, attentive and really professional. In contrast, there is a kitchen that can convince only conditionally. The lukewarm green asparagus was fancifully spiced, the green sauce had nothing of sophistication. Guests at the next table had to look for the buffalo mozzarella. By contrast, the tuna tartare was delicious. In the overall view: just solid kitchen, nice to look at and friendly. That's not enough in this price segment. So there is plenty of room to move up.

We were within a week now for the second time for dinner - I think that's actually statement enough. The offered dishes are all put together outstanding and are a taste force for extraordinary moments! The prices are accordingly higher, but in return you get a choice of food that will make you look beyond your usual culinary edge. To emphasize I think that it is one of the few restaurants, which the guest on demand a really high quality olive oil kredenzt. Thank you and see you soon

The food was just brilliantly delicious, the vegetarian menu a taste experience after another. I really recommend Trares to anyone who wants to experience an exquisite culinary treat. Suitable for vegetarians as well as for meat lovers.

Delicious dinner with salad and the house specialty: mussels and fries. Service nice and attentive despite a lot of operation. Great coffee at the end! Not cheap, but well worth a visit!

The Trares crew were fabulous. Held a business event here, training and dinner. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, preparations, and the food. OMG it was creative and wonderfully unique to the region.

My favorite place to go out and have dinner with close friends and family. Service is always nice, wine selection is brilliant, starters are creative and tasty, the main dishes are seasonal and always interesting and there are plates to share - you pay per person, the chef will cook as large a meal as you wish -which are super nice to have in a large group. Also, nice cocktails, even if the Moscow mule is subpar.

Best restaurant in the hood, modern international cuisine with a regional German approach, great wine, great bar, very nice staff. Chic but not posh.

Good Food !

The food is good but not exceptional and too expensive. Waiting times between dishes are too long. We have waited 45 min between starter and main and another half an hour for the desert.
